Who looks after your data
Raio Agency is a service of Skylens BR Sistemas Inteligentes Ltda, a Brazilian company (CNPJ 49.946.214/0001-44), Av. Paulo de Frontin, 752, room 204, Aterrado, Volta Redonda, RJ, 27213-270, Brazil. For anything about your data, write to contato@raioagency.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form:
- name;
- email;
- profession;
- Instagram handle and city, if you fill them in.
With each sign-up we also keep the date, the page language, the page you came from and, if you arrived through a QR card, the code of the person who gave it to you.
This site uses no tracking cookies and no visitor analytics.
How we use it
- To tell you when your spot opens and talk about the service.
- To plan the launch by profession and city.
- To know which person or channel brought your sign-up.
We rely on your consent, given when you check the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it's stored
Sign-ups are kept in a Google spreadsheet (Google Workspace) that only the Raio team can access. Google may store this data on servers outside your country under its own security rules. The site's fonts are also loaded from Google's servers, which receive visitors' IP addresses.
Who we share it with
No one. We don't sell, rent or pass on your data.
How long we keep it
While the waitlist is running, and for no more than 12 months after you sign up, unless you become a client. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
At any time and at no cost, you can ask us to confirm we hold your data, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just write to contato@raioagency.com or reply to any message from us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
